The Committee's primary role is to connect Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion activities to a broader business-driven, results-oriented strategy. The goal of the diversity committee includes: • Relating diversity and inclusion to the Association's mission, values, and objectives. • Outlining essential diversity and inclusion goals and actionable steps to achieve them. • Helping institutionalize policies that support equity for all members and potential members. • Evaluating the effectiveness of ongoing efforts and adapting as needed. • REALTORS recognize the significance of the Fair Housing Act and support diversity, equity and inclusion in our communities as they reconfirm their commitment to upholding fair housing law as well as their commitment to offering equal professional service to all in their search for real property.
