BYLAW & POLICY REVIEW

Reviews and recommends Bylaw Amendments and Policies & Procedures to assure compliance with O.R., W.R., and N.A.R. policy. The bylaws are the primary governing documents providing authority for Board action. The role is currently administered by the board, but a Chair/point person is needed. Any volunteers would be reviewed for qualification by the BOD and then if approved radifed by a vote.
