Join us for an informative panel featuring planners from local counties and cities as they discuss the latest municipal updates affecting real estate and development in the region. Topics will include: •Updates on Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) regulations •Zoning changes and their impact on property use •Short-term rental rules and compliance requirements •Additional municipal updates relevant to real estate professionals Representatives from Wasco County, Klickitat County, City of The Dalles, the Gorge Commission, Skamania County, and the City of Hood River will be present.
